What this involves
A Public Relations Officer handles a company's dealings with UAE government departments — licence renewals, immigration filings, labour submissions, document attestation and approvals from the various ministries.
Larger companies employ a PRO directly. For everyone else, outsourcing is cheaper and more reliable: you get the experience of someone who deals with these departments daily, without carrying the salary and visa cost of another employee.
The value is mostly in avoided mistakes. Rejected submissions, missed renewal windows and incorrectly prepared documents cost far more in delay than the service costs to buy.

Common questions
Do I need a PRO if I only have one licence and one visa?
Not necessarily — a per-transaction arrangement is usually more sensible at that size. A retainer starts to pay for itself once you have several employees, multiple renewal dates or regular government filings.
Can you act on my behalf if I am outside the UAE?
Yes, with a Power of Attorney. Many of our clients run their UAE company from abroad and we handle everything that requires physical attendance.
