What this involves
Immigration work is the ongoing administration that follows company formation: renewing visas before they lapse, sponsoring family members, changing status without leaving the country, replacing lost documents and cancelling visas cleanly when someone departs.
Most of it is routine but unforgiving of mistakes. Missed renewal deadlines carry daily fines, and an improperly cancelled visa can block a future application for the same person.
We handle the whole lifecycle so deadlines are tracked rather than discovered.

Common questions
How early should I renew a residence visa?
Start about 30 days before expiry. There is a grace period after expiry, but fines accrue daily once it ends and an expired visa complicates everything from banking to school enrolment.
What do I need to sponsor my wife and children?
A minimum salary threshold, a tenancy contract registered with Ejari, and attested marriage and birth certificates. Attestation is the slow part — begin it well before you plan to apply.
Can I sponsor my parents?
Yes, but the requirements are considerably stricter than for a spouse or children: a higher income threshold, medical insurance, and in most cases a refundable deposit per parent.
